Dr. Michelle Hales
Michelle graduated from The University of Western Australia in 2011. Before working as a GP, she gained a significant amount of experience in a variety of medical and surgical fields working as a Junior Doctor at Royal Perth Hospital, Armadale Hospital, Fiona Stanley Hospital, SJOGH Mount Lawley and King Edward Memorial Hospital. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Michelle enjoys all areas of general practice. Her specific interests include: women’s health, contraception (including Implanon insertions and Mirena removals), antenatal and postnatal care, neonatal and children’s health. She has completed a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine.
Outside of work she is often found chasing after her two very active young boys. When spare time presents itself she enjoys travelling with her family, spending time at the beach, cooking and reading.
